ME-250DX is the mastering version of the beloved HVC250 Stereo Parametric EQ. They are both tributes to the legendary Sontec MEP-250 equalizer. The ME-250DX offers stepped knobs and accurate recallability for mastering jobs. With over 100 frequency points and a boost/cut increment of 0.5dB, you can utilise the versatile, spacious, and transparent Sontec fashion with surgical precision.
Building on the Sontec foundation, we have employed modern high-performance discrete op-amps powered by ±28V, delivering an ultra-high slew rate of over 30V/µs. This provides exceptional resolution, allowing the EQ to operate with virtually no loss.
We are proud to offer a Mid/side processor onboard, which is demanded by many engineers who wished to apply a modern workflow.
